Practice Experience

Lawyer Lin Haoding graduated from the Law Department of Donghai University in Taiwan with a bachelor's degree, and after graduating from the undergraduate degree, he served as an assistant judge at Taoyuan District Court of Taiwan, China. He graduated with a master's degree from the University of Southern New Hampshire in the United States and later served as legal counsel at the Hong Kong Investment Bank. He graduated from the Law School of Peking University and received a Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial Law. He also serves as assistant director at the Institute of Credit and Law, China Credit Research Center, Peking University, engaged in cutting-edge business law research. Current Position:

Representative Cases

Lin Haoding has been practicing lawyers for many years and is one of the few Taiwanese lawyers with the qualifications for domestic lawyers. He is mainly engaged in foreign commercial legal non-litigation and litigation business. The main performance during the period of employment is as follows:

• Responsible for the merger and acquisition of Hong Kong Investment Bank and the Wall Street Investment Bank in the United States, representing the seller's lawyers to be responsible for the relevant cases, successfully completing the delivery and achieving the seller's interests to the greatest extent;

• Responsible for hearing cases involving Taiwan's maritime business and maritime affairs in Shanghai and Yiwu Court, Zhejiang Province, and finally won the winning judgment. The case was listed as an internal reference case of the court;

• Responsible for the Sino-foreign joint venture between the Nobel Prize winner in physics and a state-owned enterprise under the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Bureau, successfully introduced the project and landed it in Nanjing, Jiangsu, and was responsible for legal affairs in all links;

• Responsible for the shareholder dispute case of Taiwan-Japan joint venture company in Fujian, assisting Taiwanese businessmen in protecting their rights in response to the infringement of the interests of Japanese shareholders;

• The Fortune 500 listed company Auto Group sued anti-unfair competition case, etc.
