Representative Cases

International/Domestic Commercial Arbitrator:

• Having presided over more than 200 cases as the presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and panelist in domestic and international commercial arbitration institutions (such as CIETAC, BAC, ICC, SCIA, SHIAC, etc.), with the involved amounts reaching up to tens of billions of RMB.

International Lawyer:

• Represented a certain optical research institute in China, and completed the negotiation and signing of a technology transfer agreement for a specific technology from Belgium.

• Represented multiple Chinese enterprises (including important state-owned enterprises and private enterprises) in the establishment of their entities in EU countries such as France.

• Recovered the outstanding debts for two Shandong plastic products enterprises by issuing demand letters to the French debtors.

• Successfully recovered the outstanding debts for a Chinese enterprise through litigation before the formal court session.

• Successfully represented the office premises lease contract disputes of the Paris Consulate of the Chinese Embassy in France. Through several rounds of negotiations, vigorously safeguarded the rights and interests of the Chinese diplomatic consulate. Finally, drafted and signed a new lease agreement, preventing the occurrence of a huge rent claim lawsuit for the consulate.

• Represented the economic affairs of high-level officials of UNESCO, and resolved the service contract disputes between them and a certain French telecommunications group. Before the case entered the substantive litigation stage, the disputes were resolved by means of investigation, presenting sufficient evidence, and sending lawyer's letters to the infringers, avoiding the property losses of these officials.

• Provided legal consultation and assistance for the disputes of overseas engineering projects of multiple Chinese-funded enterprises (especially those involving the African market).

• Formulated the personal information protection compliance system for a certain renowned state-owned telecommunications enterprise.

• Provided intellectual property law assistance for the Chinese enterprise delegation participating in the World Construction Machinery Expo held in Paris.

• Provided support for the compliance work of a certain renowned power equipment group.

• Conducted due diligence for a certain Chinese private enterprise's acquisition of a famous French toy trademark, and assisted in completing the trademark transfer.

• Assisted a certain Chinese-funded enterprise in completing the equity acquisition in France.

• Provided assistance for a Chinese technology entrepreneur in a criminal lawsuit in France, helping him/her obtain bail pending trial.

• Assisted a certain Chinese cosmetics distributor in obtaining the exclusive distribution right of a certain French cosmetics brand, and drafted and assisted in signing the exclusive regional sales agreement.

• Participated in the bankruptcy procedures of multiple French enterprises, and helped complete multiple bankruptcy acquisition and creditor's rights declaration businesses.

Associate Professor of Law:

• A supervisor of postgraduate students at Northwest University of Political Science and Law, with currently more than 20 postgraduate students under supervision.

• Undertakes the bilingual (Chinese/English) teaching tasks of "International Economic Law" and "International Investment Law" for undergraduate students.
