Practice Experience

Dr.Feng’s practice focuses on international investment and cross-border dispute resolution. She has provided legal services to multiple multinational companies, domestic financial institutions and joint venture companies, such as, China Development Bank, State Grid Yingda Group, China Life Group, CRSC, China Merchants Group, Bank of Beijing, AMECO, Volkswagen Group , Samsung Group, LG Group, TECK Group, Genesis Group, Harrow Education Group, etc.

Dr.Feng is a guest professor at the Law School of Beijing University of Economics and Business, and Ransit University of Thailand. She is also an expert member of UNCITRAL Expert Committee, and as well serves as the deputy director of the Foreign-related Law Services Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. Dr.Feng has been admitted to practice law in both China and California, US.

1.International Investment and Compliance Review

• Conducted legal research on disputes arising from the performance of an engineering contract between Matra Transport France S.A. and the Rapid Transit Engineering Bureau of Taipei City Government

• Advised a leading domestic electrical equipment conglomerate on its acquisition of gold and copper mines in Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and other Central Asian countries

• Provided legal services to a company in connection with its bidding and construction of the 4×680MW flue gas desulfurization (FGD) project for CLP Power Hong Kong
