1.Dispute Resolution

• Represented the project owner in a construction dispute with a claim value of RMB 180 million. Successfully prompted the plaintiff to reduce the claimed principal by 50% and invalidated the disputed contract through effective defenses, achieving a favorable outcome for the client.

• Defended the project owner in a bankruptcy claim confirmation case in which the plaintiff attempted to combine a construction contract dispute within the bankruptcy proceedings, successfully having the court dismiss the construction contract dispute.

• Represented the plaintiff in a dispute over liability for damages from related-party transactions (claim value: RMB 20 million). Successfully established the defendant as the company’s de facto shareholder despite the absence of a nominee agreement.

• Defended the client in a Hong Kong equity transfer dispute (claim: RMB 40 million), significantly reducing the client’s payment obligations.

• Participated in multiple execution objection and reconsideration cases at the High People’s Courts and execution supervision cases at the Supreme People’s Court.
