2. A financial business line under Blue Harbor Interactive went public for financing

Blue Harbor Interactive's Series B Financing Completed

As the legal manager of Blue Harbor Interactive Group (a leading blockchain media business line), I coordinated the financing work of this business line and connected with 2 natural person investors (Mr. Jiang Tao of Kingsoft and President of Focus Media) and 9 institutional investors (IDG, Lianchuang Ceyuan, Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Lanlian, Mingshi Capital, etc.). Independently write a legal risk research report on the "Capital Increase and Share Expansion Agreement" and "Shareholders Agreement", and complete the industrial and commercial registration of changes. Ultimately helping the company obtain Binance Series B financing (with a target company valuation of $1.4 billion).

3. A financial company's investment advisory financial license equity acquisition case

Coordinate and complete the acquisition of investment advisory financial licenses Previously worked as a legal manager for a financial company, coordinating the acquisition of investment advisory financial licenses. Independently write the "Investment Intent Letter" and "Investment and Merger Agreement", and cooperate with the Planning Department to complete due diligence and ultimately complete the merger and acquisition matters.

Equity dispute: As the legal advisor of Huali Group's Caijiawa project, the external law firm participated in the first and second level development of Huali Group's Miyun 1400 acre collective construction land project. Deeply involved in the 190 million yuan equity dispute case and construction contract dispute case of the group, and cooperated with external lawyers to appear in court and respond to the lawsuit.

Administrative litigation and construction contract disputes: As the legal director of Huali Group, participated in the land rights protection of Huali Hongji project under the group company (Huali Hongji administrative litigation case with Beijing Municipal Planning and Land Resources Management Commission), and appeared in court with external lawyers to respond.

Blockchain finance litigation: As a legal manager, the external liaison law firm participated in the enterprise blockchain quantitative trading liquidation case (involving more than 200 BTC), and the external liaison law firm appeared in court to respond to the lawsuit.

Labor Arbitration: As a legal specialist, I assisted enterprises in Wangjing Science and Technology Park in safeguarding their rights and independently handled major labor arbitration cases for enterprises in the park (with a target amount of over 1.7 million yuan).
