• Participated in the Hong Kong IPO of a medical company as an underwriter’s lawyer, responsible for legal due diligence, intermediary team communication, on-site executive interviews, legal research, and drafting legal opinions.

• Participated in the A-share IPO of a consumer goods company as an issuer’s lawyer, responsible for coordinating with intermediaries such as securities firms and accountants, conducting on-site due diligence, business interviews, legal research, and compliance review, and drafting legal opinions and lawyer’s work reports.

• Participated in multiple US dollar bond projects as a lawyer for the underwriter or issuer, responsible for due diligence, review of financing contracts, and drafting of legal opinions.

• Participated in the B-round financing of a medical health company as a lawyer for the investor, responsible for legal due diligence, executive interviews, and drafting and settlement of transaction documents.

• Participated in the C-round financing of a semiconductor chip company as a lawyer for the investor, involved in overseas transaction structure, business negotiations, and drafting of transaction documents.

• Participated in the B+ round financing of a gene sequencing company, representing the company in legal research and policy research on gene-related issues, and negotiating the transaction agreement with the investor’s lawyer.
