• Mr. Jiang Jun graduated from Peking University Law School and has nearly a decade of legal practice experience. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Jiang Jun has achieved a number of notable outcomes in trademark, patent, copyright, anti-unfair competition, and corporate governance cases. Representative cases include:

• Representing an internationally renowned children's picture book company against a publishing group for copyright infringement, which was selected as a typical case in the “4-26 World Intellectual Property Day” by the Beijing Court

• Represented a European equestrian brand in a commercial defamation lawsuit, which was included in the “2021 White Paper on Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Shenzhen Courts”

• Represented a famous beer company in a a comprehensive enforcement action against a counterfeit manufacturer, which resulted in the cessation of trademark infringement, change of the infringing enterprise name, cessation of false publicity, cessation of packaging and decoration infringement, etc., and achieved the highest compensation award under the same type of case, which set a benchmark for systematic defense of rights by the client

• Handled a number of disputes involving technology contracts, trade secrets, and patent infringement across industries such as semiconductors, computer software, home appliances, and telecommunications, effectively safeguarding the core intangible assets of clients
